Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, it is assumed that the client has read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Munep.

2. Custom Orders and Final Sale

All orders are customized according to the client's specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges for customized items are not permitted.

3. Returns of Non-Custom Items

Returns of non-custom items require approval and may incur restocking and shipping fees based on supplier policies and item condition.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins. Payment terms are specified on the invoice or agreed upon at order placement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. If any work has commenced on the order at the time of cancellation, the customer may be responsible for these costs.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Munep will strive to meet delivery deadlines. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Munep is not responsible if shipping times are affected due to incorrect address or information provided by the client.

8. International Orders

For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for shipping and duty charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

Munep’s liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
