At Munep, we strive to ensure all orders are accurate and of the highest quality. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. How we address these issues is important to us and helps us earn your trust.
Reasons for Return
Due to the nature of custom embroidery, we only replace defective items or refund payments for orders under the following conditions:
Material Flaws: The product has significant defects such as holes or tears.
Design Discrepancies: The design on the received product is markedly different from the one ordered.
To start a return, you can contact us at munepstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notice About Colors
We do our best to provide accurate visual samples of your design during the ordering process. However, variations between your design and the actual thread colors used may occur. We do not guarantee 100% color matching.
Garment Sizing
Garment sizes can vary among manufacturers and styles. We provide a sizing chart for all products, and we are available to answer any sizing questions. We are not responsible for incorrect size purchases.
Return Exceptions
Custom Embroidery Items: These items are not returnable. Please ensure you order the correct size and color.
Used or Altered Items: Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
